Returns & refunds
Refunds are available for damaged, missing, leaking, or incorrect orders only.

Revitalized Research supplies products for qualified laboratory research use only. Products are not for human or veterinary use, and product integrity cannot be verified after a bottle, vial, seal, or package has been opened, used, unsealed, tampered with, or stored after delivery.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged, broken, leaking, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue. Email revitalizedresearch@gmail.com with your order number, delivery date, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
After review, eligible damaged, missing, leaking, or incorrect orders may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method. If a refund is approved, your bank or payment provider may take 5 to 10 business days to post the credit after it is processed.
Items that are not eligible for refund or return
- Opened, used, unsealed, tampered, or partially consumed bottles or vials.
- Orders reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
- Products returned without written authorization from our support team.
- Buyer remorse, ordering the wrong item, or changing your mind after processing has started.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests can only be considered before an order has entered processing or shipment. Once fulfillment has started, the order may no longer be cancelable.
Return instructions
Please do not mail products back unless our support team gives written return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for refund, credit, or replacement.
