This Shipping Policy explains how Revitalized Research prepares, ships, and supports orders placed through the website.
Processing times
Orders are typically processed during normal business days. Processing time may vary based on order volume, product availability, payment review, and address verification.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are generally reviewed on the next business day.
Shipping methods and tracking
Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout. After an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier. A tracking number may take time to show movement after the label is created.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates only. Carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, address issues, customs processing, and other events outside our control may affect delivery timing.
Revitalized Research is not responsible for delays after a package has been accepted by the carrier, but we will help review shipment issues when possible.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been submitted.
If a package is returned, refused, held, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees or replacement limits may apply.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or contains an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
We review shipping issues case by case and may request additional information before offering a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
