Revitalized Research provides a direct channel for customer complaints and for reports of illegal content, product misuse or abuse connected to this website.
How to submit a complaint or report
- Email revitalizedresearch@gmail.com with the subject line “Complaint” or “Abuse report”, or use the form on our Contact page.
- Include your order number (if any), the product or page concerned, and a short description of the issue.
- Reports about illegal content, misleading claims, or suspected misuse of a product are accepted from anyone, whether or not you are a customer.
What happens next
Every complaint and report is logged and reviewed. We resolve complaints, including reports of illegal content, within 7 business days of receipt and reply to you by email with the outcome. Where a report concerns content on this website, the content is reviewed and removed or corrected if it does not meet our research-use standards.
