GLP-3 (Pen)
$139.99 – $239.99Price range: $139.99 through $239.99
GLP-3 10 mg 30mg research product supplied in pen format for glp-1/gip/gcgr studies.
Details
GLP-3 in pen format is the same peptide as our GLP-3R vial listing (LY3437943), the GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon triple receptor agonist, supplied here as a pre-filled research pen instead of a powder vial. Two fills are offered, 10 mg and 30 mg, and the certificate shown for each fill is posted in the COA box above. Choose this format when your protocol favours a ready-prepared solution over weighing and reconstituting dry material; choose the vial when you want to control the diluent and concentration yourself. Laboratory research use only.

Research literature
LY3437943 is a 39-residue lipidated peptide characterised in receptor-signalling and structural studies as an agonist at the GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors. This listing is the pre-filled pen format; analytical literature on identity testing of the compound by liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry is included below. Primary sources are linked below for researchers who need the original papers. This listing does not summarise study outcomes and makes no claim about any effect, use or benefit of this product, which is supplied as a reference material for in vitro laboratory research only.

Batch documentation
The COA box on this listing currently shows Horizon Analytical reports for:
- 10 mg fill: lot RRL-8032676-P, 99.5% purity by UPLC-MS, analysed 27 Jun 2026
- 30 mg fill: lot RRL-9041738-P, 99.16% purity by UPLC-MS, card dated 05 Jun 2026
These are the same lots documented on the GLP-3R vial page, and each has a companion endotoxin report. Before a pen goes into a study, compare the lot printed on its label with the lot on the certificate, then confirm the report number at horizonanalytical.com or through the QR code on the PDF. If the label carries a lot that is not shown here, contact us for the matching record first. The step-by-step method is in our COA verification guide, and every published certificate is filed by product and batch in the COA library. Batch certificates are posted when available.
Storage and handling
Handling a pen fill differs from handling a vial in three ways. First, there is no reconstitution: the solution is already prepared, so do not add diluent. Second, storage is refrigerated, not frozen; keep the pen at 2–8 °C, capped and shielded from light, and avoid freeze–thaw, which can damage peptides in solution. Third, record the date the pen is first opened alongside its lot number, because a solution’s usable window starts then. Keep pens upright in their packaging, away from the fridge door, and inside the lab. If you want to prepare your own concentrations instead, the vial plus reconstitution solution is the better fit. General guidance is in peptide storage basics for research labs.
Frequently asked questions
Is GLP-3 (Pen) the same compound as the GLP-3R vial?
Yes. Both listings are the same compound (LY3437943, CAS 2381089-83-2, PubChem CID 171390338). The difference is presentation: the pen arrives pre-filled, while the GLP-3R vial is dry powder the lab reconstitutes.
Which certificates apply to the pen fills?
The COA box on this page shows Horizon Analytical UPLC-MS reports for lot RRL-8032676-P on the 10 mg fill and lot RRL-9041738-P on the 30 mg fill, each with an endotoxin report. Match the lot on your pen label to the certificate, and ask us for the matching record if they differ.
How is a pen fill handled differently from a lyophilized vial?
A pen holds peptide that is already in solution, so there is no reconstitution step, but a liquid is less forgiving than dry powder. Keep the pen capped, refrigerated and out of light, do not freeze it, and log the date it was first opened.
What fill strengths does the pen listing offer?
Two fills: 10 mg and 30 mg per pen. The store’s specification lists each fill as prepared in 1 mL of reconstitution solution.
