Details
KLOW is a four-peptide research blend supplied as one 80 mg vial of lyophilized powder. Its batch certificate reports the contents as BPC-157 (10 mg), TB-500 (10 mg), GHK-Cu (50 mg) and KPV (10 mg), each tested separately for identity, quantity and purity. The blend is sold for in vitro and preclinical laboratory work only. The certificate card on this page links the current batch’s purity and endotoxin reports.

Form on this listing: blue lyophilized powder (as stated on the certificate; the colour comes from the copper complex), 80 mg total per vial. Where an identifier printed on the certificate differs from PubChem, the tables above follow PubChem.
Research literature
KLOW is a four-component blend of BPC-157, TB-500 (identified on the certificate as full-length thymosin beta-4), GHK-Cu and KPV. Each component has its own primary literature; no published study describes this blend. Primary sources are linked below for researchers who need the original papers. This listing does not summarise study outcomes and makes no claim about any effect, use or benefit of this product, which is supplied as a reference material for in vitro laboratory research only.

Batch documentation
The certificate card on this page shows batch RRL-4944656-P, purity 99.35%, date 27 JUN 2026, lab horizonanalytical.com. The purity PDF from Horizon Analytical (client Revitalized Research LLC; received 06/23/2026, analysed 06/27/2026) runs to one UPLC/MS section per component:
| BPC-157 | 10 mg specified, 9.92 mg found, purity 99.35% (spec >98%) |
|---|---|
| TB-500 | 10 mg specified, 9.92 mg found, purity 99.48% (spec >98%) |
| GHK-Cu | 50 mg specified, 49.2 mg found, purity 99.58% (spec >98%) |
| KPV | 10 mg specified, 9.92 mg found, purity 99.34% (spec >98%) |
| Endotoxin (lot RRL-4944656-E) | <0.05 EU/mL for the blend |
The purity figure on the card is the BPC-157 line; read the PDF for the other three. To match a vial to this paperwork, compare the lot on the label with the batch on the card. Certificates for other products are collected in the COA library, and our guide on how to verify a peptide COA covers confirming a report number with the lab. Batch certificates are posted when available.
Storage and handling
Store the sealed vial cold, dry and out of light. A multi-component blend is best reconstituted only when needed, because once dissolved the four peptides share one solution and one storage clock. Reconstitution solution is a separate item (reconstitution solution). Handle in a laboratory only, with gloves, and log the batch number. More detail: peptide storage basics for research labs.
Related listings: the same blend comes pre-filled as the KLOW 80 mg pen. Single-component vials are listed for BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu, and GLOW is a related blend listing.
Frequently asked questions
Which peptides does the KLOW certificate report?
The purity PDF for batch RRL-4944656-P has four sections: BPC-157 (10 mg specified, 9.92 mg found, 99.35%), TB-500 (10 mg, 9.92 mg, 99.48%), GHK-Cu (50 mg, 49.2 mg, 99.58%) and KPV (10 mg, 9.92 mg, 99.34%), each analysed by UPLC/MS. The 99.35% shown on the card is the BPC-157 figure.
Is the TB-500 in KLOW the short fragment or full-length thymosin beta-4?
The certificate’s TB-500 section prints CAS 77591-33-4, formula C212H350N56O78S and a weight of about 4963 g/mol, which are PubChem’s values for full-length thymosin beta-4 (43 residues), not the seven-residue Ac-LKKTETQ fragment that the name TB-500 also refers to in the market.
How is the KLOW vial different from the KLOW pen?
Both carry the same four-peptide blend. The vial is lyophilized powder that a lab reconstitutes itself; the KLOW 80 mg pen is a pre-filled format. Check the certificate card on each listing for the batch that applies to it.
How should a KLOW vial be stored before use?
Keep the sealed vial cold, dry and protected from light, and reconstitute only when the experiment needs it, with reconstitution solution bought separately. Note the batch number in your lab records.
